How To: Mångata Product Use Edition

So, you’ve thought about investing in yourselves by giving our products a try, but don’t know how to use them? We’ve got your back! This blog is dedicated to helping you make that first move into bettering your wellbeing. 

Below you can find a list of our products and a simple guide on how to effectively use them.


Also known as your aromatherapy on the go.

For Best Application: Simply remove the cap and apply on the neck, temples, and/or pulse points. Massage it in. Reapply when necessary. The image below indicates possible pulse points you can apply the roller on.


Also known as the skin remedy, don’t underestimate the power of a good balm.

For best application: Whether you’re using it for easing muscle soreness, join pain or for promoting a hydrated skin, apply to designated areas and massage into skin.

Herbal Products

This includes all things good and herbal.

  1. #349 Postpartum Sitz Bomb

A sitz bath aids the healing of an anal fissure (small tear in tissue surrounding the anus) postpartum. It helps soothe pain and itching in the anal and genital region for new mamas. 

For best application: Fill a bathtub with warm water. Place sitz bomb in the bathtub and let it do its magic.

    2. #314 Botanical Dream Pillows

Let the mellow scent help calm your mind

For best application: Remove dream pillow from packaging. Place it under your pillow or close to your head. Take deep breaths while focusing on your breathing.

    3. #303 Botanical Facial Steam

Rid your pores of the dirt.

For best application: Wash your face with warm water to get rid of external dirt. Toss ¼ cup of herbs into a large bowl and pour boiling water over the herbs. Grab a clean towel large enough to make a tent over your head, keeping it above the bowl. Take deep breaths and remain in position for 10-15 minutes. If the vapour feels too hot, distance face from steam.

    4. #304 Botanical Wellness Bath

Ideally used after a long day or post-workout, to ease muscle fatigue.

For best application: Fill the supplied cloth bag with ⅓ cup of herbs. Place the bag into the bathtub while running warm water. Rest in the bath for at least 30 minutes and let your tiredness melt away.


  1. #337 Botanical Facial Moisturizer 

For best application: Wash face with cleanser. Pat dry with a clean towel. Take a pea size amount and massage into face, extending down to the neck.


Also known as a concentrated formula of moisturizer.

For best application: Use the tincture dropper applicator to apply oil to hands. Rub hands together and massage into designated area.
