Suggested Use:

1) Fill supplied cloth bag with 1/3 c. of mixture./Remplissez le sac en tissu fourni avec 1/3 c. de mélange.
2) Place bag into the bath as you run the water (the warmer the better)./Placez le sac dans le bain pendant que vous faites couler l’eau (le plus chaud sera le mieux).
3) Rest there for 1/2 hr. to gain maximum benefits./Reposez-vous là pendant 1/2 heure. pour obtenir le maximum d’avantages.
4) Repeat as needed (enough for 5 weeks)./Répétez au besoin (assez pour 5 semaines).
