I cannot tell you how much I love the dreams balm. It has become apart of my bedtime routine. As soon as I get it on my chest, I feel calm. I feel happy. I’m ready to catch some z’s. My son has always had a hard time falling asleep, he’s so antsy! I tried it on him as well and now he asks to have it on his chest at bed time. Sometimes I’ll even put it on him before we have a road trip so he can get in a nice, peaceful nap!
